Late Registration October 30-November 6: $180 per person. *Note: No registrations will be accepted after November 6.
You may register or add attendees to your previous registration after October 29; however, you are not permitted to decrease your total registration amount. You will be allowed to swap names, but you will not receive a refund for any amount after the primary registration deadline has passed.
Conference Cap: This conference will be capped at 250 total attendees. Multi-campus institutions with multiple campus SGAs are capped at 5 students and 1 advisor per campus. Single campus or multi-campus institutions with one collegewide SGA are capped at 10 students and 2 advisors per college. If that puts us above the cap, we will need to cut back on registration.
FCSSGA Registration Payment Policy
Colleges must remit payment for registrations made for FCSSGA events. Payment must be made for the number of registrations committed by the registration deadline. Appeals may be filed in extenuating circumstances; appeals will be considered by the FCSSGA State Advisor and the Executive Director of the FCSAA.

Lodging
FCSAA Executive Committee Policy 9.F. states: "If conference/tournament hotels have been contracted for a division event, all colleges not local to the event location are required to secure lodging at one of the contracted properties unless all available space has been filled." This language has been approved by the Council of Presidents and is our lodging policy moving forward. This essentially means that if you are staying in a hotel, you are required to lodge at one of the contracted properties.
