Help us congratulate our second FSSCA SGA Division Student of the Month for April... Sean Ryan from Hillsborough Community College! Sean was nominated by his advisor, Catherine Korman.
Here is what Ms. Korman shared with us about Sean: "Sean is an exemplary Student Government Senator. He attends every meeting, whether for the General Body or his committee and regularly looks for more ways to get further involved. He consistently asks about ways the Student Government's budget can be utilized to serve the student body and shares ideas on how to bring resources from the community back to the campus.
Sean leads the DM SGA Programming Committee as its chair and has successfully worked together with the committee to collect data from students on programming and promotional materials that Dale Mabry students find meaningful. Sean has also developed a well-thought-out plan on how the Student Government can improve community relations with student organizations and other key stakeholders on- and off-campus, that includes promoting student involvement in organizations, expanding feedback opportunities for students, and connecting with "string-pullers" on campus."
Congratulations to our SGA Student of the Month for April and thank you to Ms. Korman for nominating him!
