From 1961 through 2017 there have been forty-three {43} different individuals serving as Association President. Four {4} White Females: Mrs. Roberta Stokes {MDCC}, Dr. Kay Heimer {LCCC}, Dr. Sarah Pappas {MCC} and Dr. Eileen Holden {PCC}; Two {2} Minority Males: Mr. Al James {PHCC}; and Mr. Leonard Bruton {PBCC}. Three {3} individuals served twice as President: Dr. Herbert "Swede" Phillips {LCJC}, Dr. George Young {BroCC} and Dr. James Harvey MDCC & CFCC}.
